FAQ

Most Common Question?

Q: Why do cracks appear after cement pouring?

A: Cracks are usually caused by improper curing, rapid water evaporation, unreasonable mix ratio or uneven foundation settlement. Timely watering and proper water-cement ratio can effectively reduce cracking.

A: Cement grade represents its strength level. Higher grade means higher early and final strength, suitable for high-load and high-rise projects.

A: Slightly caked cement can be broken and used with minor strength loss. Severely damp and hardened cement is not recommended, as it will seriously affect quality.

A: Cement clinker is the key semi-finished product, made by calcining limestone and clay. After grinding with gypsum and other materials, it becomes finished cement.

A: Under dry and ventilated conditions, the shelf life is usually 3 months. Strength will decrease over time, so freshly produced cement is preferred.
